I signed up for a new domain a few days ago, last Friday I believe. There appears to be nothing happening, and I am wondering if I failed and should try again. I did give my credit card info, so I have some concern that if I am too impatient I may get double billed.

Does anyone know how long the new domain process takes?

Hello had a website a while ago but lost the information of email to request all info for that website so creating a new one.   if anyone can help me update the old one kudos to you.  do not remember what the email addy was for the old website.   changed due to damaged computer and never could access old emails so moved to gmail and started the new website.  from scratch.   yeah bummer!   took me 7 years to create website and had to work ten times harder to create the new one again!

 anyway, here is the bleep....problem.   i am using cutesite builder,  created website and added all relevant info to upload but FTP cannot connect.   do i need to specify a home?   what else would i need to add?    I use Eset smart security,  not a techno geek so speak in normal terms please.  is there anyone who can help me?

Made some updates to my site but when I visit it its the same as before.

Tried to click save and publish and it shows me its doing all of that but site remained the same.  

 What should I do?

Hello everyone, I am a newby to webon, I have been looking around without success for the following problem. Although the styles presented are fine, I would like to create my own possibly by using Photoshop CS4.

My question is can I import my own style into webon and where do I go to do this?

Sub-directory to website name arrgghh!

I created new web pages for a local music group.  When I went to publish it, the program would only let me save it as a subdirectory (i.e. rockyfolkclub.tripod.com/new).  How do I save it as the main website which is rockyfolkclub.tripod.com?

I've tried renaming it.  I've tried unpublishing and republishing it.  The program always wants a subdirectory added to the main website name.  Argghhh!!

Webon tables

Webon Table issue:

 Good morning. New issue with Webon table tool.

1. Links within tables do not work.

2. Something odd when in the Webon builder. align, BG and Insert buttons appear 3 x.   Two of them appear within the columns and rows of the table!!!  Additionally, when you view the site after publishing,  ailgn, BG and insert appear at the left top of the table. When you clock on them, they refresh your page.

Facebook Addon

I added the facebook add on to my website http://www.ayersminipigs.com

and it appears to work and if I go to my facebook it says that I liked the homepage of divineswine.tripod.com .... which is a page  I can not find on my list of pages to fix and is not used .... after liking my website it should say I liked the home of ayersminipigs.com not divineswine.

How do I fix this??

Hi, came home a while ago and clicked on my site www.hondaxr250.com and it took ages to appear; right now it shows up fine.

All of a sudden I can't see the comments in my guestbook?

When I go into control panel and click edit for my site, the website comes up but it has a a different style (it's the tranquility one with a chap under a tree) which I dont want?

www.hondaxr250.com online ( published ) is as it should be but why is it different in edit version?

The other crazy thing is in the edit version in control panel I can't see any of my pages in the navigation, none at all except the homepage?

Please help?

Anyone else experiencing the same problems?

 My FREE tripod web sites can be viewed normally & quickly.

 BUT, my PAID Tripod Pro Plan sites take over 2 minutes to load.

WTF!  Is it just me... or is something very wrong AGAIN with tripod? 

 

How can I publish my SiteBuilder page under my new domain?

I bought a domain name today when I signed up with Lycos and then proceeded to make my site with the Site Builder. I want to publish this site using this new domain/URL but Site Builder only gives me the option to publish under my free Lycos domain. How can I connect them?

can not find a website page

Website is http://www.ayersminipigs.com , this goes to an old page I cant find to correct. I just need to know where I find this page at since it is not listed in my pages.

If I send people to a sub directory of my website ... http://www.ayersminipigs.com/minipigs/ my website appears and works fine so I am just needing to correct the one page ad make it like a entrance page to my website.

 Any help would be great.

I attempted to convert from Sitebuilder to Webon .  I have had an account for years with few problems or issues.  All the “buzz” about Webon from the developers sounded great.   I purposely waited for some time to let the staff have time to work out any problems.

I have now spent the last 3 days trying to actually get my site to run – I can’t edit – nothing.  I get a “LOADING PAGES INDEX” message and my computer is locked up.  I immediately logged a helpdesk ticket –on 8-22, still no response 

Does anyone have expertise going back?  I desperately need to go back to Sitebuilder – will this even work? 

Looking for any advice! Hoping someone can give it here – as for helpdesk and other advertized support, forget it.
